Henry was born and raised in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of East Los Angeles. He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Harvey Mudd College in 2008. After graduating, he worked in strategic planning, finance, and marketing at Union Bank. He then sought a new career path in medicine, which brought him to the post-baccalaureate program at Charles R. Drew University in South L.A. After successfully completing the program there, he now attends the Drew/UCLA medical education program. In addition to LMSA, Henry holds positions in the Drew/UCLA class, the Minority Health Conference Planning Board, and the Student Run Homeless Clinic.
