Hey! My name is Kendra Arriaga-Castellanos and I'm a CDU/UCLA Medical Student Representative. I'm originally from South Central LA, also raised in Moreno Valley, CA, but my family is from Honduras. I graduated from UCLA in 2018 where I studied Psychobiology. My roles within LMSA include creating reports of our events and representing our chapter at a regional level. At DGSOM, I serve as a coordinator for our First-Gen organization, am involved in mentorship, volunteer throughout the community (Mobile Clinic Project and vaccine clinics in South LA), and am doing research in emergency med. I'm currently interested in everything! More so in primary care specialties but truly open to almost everything. In my free time I love going to the gym, saving memes/TikToks to send to my sibling, and exploring new areas/restuarants with my friends.
