Nicole Khadavi graduated from UCLA in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and minor in Spanish. As an undergraduate, her research and community service involvement focused on the underserved populations of Los Angeles. This included extensive dedication to the patients at the Los Angeles Free Clinic, the founding of a community service organization on campus, as well as keloid and cancer cell research. She is happy to continue her education at UCLA as a first year medical student where she plans to strengthen her commitment to these endeavors while exploring areas of interest including women's health and health policy. Nicole also enjoys oil painting, travel and athletics and hopes that through medicine, she can combine the adventure and creativity of her hobbies into her career.
